      3 Bedroom house for rent. new carpet, paint, nice back deck, large kitchen, washer, dryer. Great location, right down town, only a few blocks from the grocery store, post office etc. No Smoking, No Parties, and No Pets. Must have a previous rental reference. $1050 a month plus utilities
