      Hi All,
      I have a 2– 3 bedroom units in a 4-plex in the annex. Both have own entrance, laundry, furnished(or not) parking, snow removal.
      The rent is 950 plus util long term and 1700 plus util seasonal. The seasonal one is available on Nov. 1st and the other immediately.

      My husband son and I are looking for a long term rental, what are utility prices like in the winter? We are interested in taking a look at one of your unfurnished units.
