      Looking to rent out fully furnished 3.5 Bed/3 Bath, 1900 Sq/Ft 10 year old condo. It has a spacious livingroom and Dining area, great for families. Located in the Riverside Complex approximately 2 mins from town and 5 mins to the Fernie ski hill. Prefer long term tenants, but am open to seasonal. Possession date is Mid Oct to beginning Nov.       Hi there, what would the rent be for a minimum 6 month rental and we have 2 dogs, would that be a problem??
