  – large pet friendly lot – garden allowed.
  – mature trees in the front yard.
  – new gas-fired hot water tank.
  
  Available from October 1st till April.
  
  References will be checked. Tenants must have impeccable employment, credit and rental references.

  Yes, it is furnished with 2 beds, some living & dining pieces, and very basic kitchen things.

  How much is this place? Any option for long term rental?

  – We’d rent it for 6 months, but would consider 12.
  – $1,125/mth.
  
  At this point, I am checking the background of two applicants and have a hunch they will be check out fine – so the house may soon be rented. If you still want to see the house, I’ll be glad to show it to you, but consider it is most likely taken.
  
  When it is rented, I will post accordingly.
