      Hi there, I have a 2 bedroom house next to the Rotary Park up for rent on May 1st. It is furnished and the utilities are included such as gas,hydro,cable t.v. and local phone.       Hello,

      I am interested in the home you have for rent. I am employed locally and have a teenage daughter and two clean, well-behaved cats. What is the rent for the place? Are utilities included? What is the length of the lease?
