      This two bedroom self-contained suite, in a Georgous Annex home, a 10 minute walk to all amenities is fully furnished and available for summer week rentals (perfect for a mountain biking/hiking getaway here in picturesque Fernie) or for a professional or couple.

      Summer Short Term – $700 per week
      Long Term – $1000 single or $1200 couple including all utilities
      Suite is Available for June 1st.

      Bright and spacious. Includes all appliances, heat, cable, washer and dryer, TV, DVD player and parking for one car.
      Suitable for professional, couple or single. No pets or smoking please.
