      Hey Everyone,
      We’re a local family with a property not being used, after long thought we have decided to rent it out. It’s a 2 bedroom one bathroom trailer in Artina (3km east from town).The place was just renovated to a cozy cottage feel, it looks good… laminate… tile… new bathroom… new paint… new cabinets… ect. We‚Äôre asking $850 plus utilities…we’re looking for a 6 month lease. Pets would be ok if they are ok; lots of kids around so mean dogs are not welcome. The place is available right now.
