The condo also has scenic views of the mountains and is both near a ski bus pickup point (across the parking lot) and is only a 5 minute walk from downtown. Use of the condo includes parking and the unit also has an extra storage room (for skis or bikes). Washer and dryer are located within the building.

The unit has some furniture (Kitchen: pots, utensils, etc) (General furniture: futon in livingroom, 2 single beds, tv stand with tv (tvs a little older), barbeque etc).
