Condo has scenic views of the mountains and is both near a ski bus pickup point (across the parking lot) and is only a 5 minute walk from downtown. The unit is furnished (Kitchen: pots, utensils, etc) (General furniture: 3 futons, 2 single beds, tv stand with tv, barbeque etc). Also for a 12 month lease the rate is $1,000 a month, for a six month lease rate is $850.
