The rent includes all utilities as well as internet & cable TV. Unit has a gas fireplace, air conditioning, private balcony w/BBQ, standard kitchen appliances including dishwasher. The bedroom has a Queen bed. Living room has a 48” flat-screen TV while bedroom has a 40” flat-screen. Strictly no pets and no smoking.
This unit includes all dishes, pots & pans, linens, etc. Pack your bags, welcome home to the Silver Rock!
