      We have a fully furnished (or not, if you prefer) 1 bedroom apartment available for rent. Located above a garage on a 5 acre property with beautiful south facing views of the Lizard Range. Very bright, open floor plan, vaulted ceilings, ample storage space, parking for 1 vehicle, and a HUGE yard. Also includes washer/dryer, wireless internet, TV/DVD, all appliances, and all utilities. Sorry, no pets or smokers.
