I have not yet advertised the room for rent, but I will have a great room for rent (available in October) in the 1300sq ft top floor of a house in the airport area. All windows facing the mountains with views of the ski hill, mt fernie, three sisters… The room and place is completely furnished (the room has a queen sized $2000 mattress) with great furniture. The home owners are laid back, active and quiet, but fun, and live on the main level. The rent would include everything – basic utilities, upgraded cable, wireless internet and home phone (unlimited long distance in canada and us). Looking for fun, but considerate and clean roomate(s) that are don’t bring the parties back from the pub. Would only be sharing with myself and the resident fur child (my cat), as a couple the rent would be $700 total. Great deal, with great company, and nice furnishings throughout.
