I likely have a room opening up and we are on 6th avenue….basically just down from the Pub if your boyfriend knows Fernie. You would live with one other person (me 
) and would have to be ready to commit until the end of April. Its a great house, not huge but very cozy and open concept and everything is included. When there are three tenants it is $500 each laundry and heat etc. included. The only extra is internet but it would only cost you each and extra $5/each/month. We also upgrade the cable that is included for an extra $5/each/month. The only issue is parking. All summer we could park on the road because there is only one spot really in the driveway. In the winter you can still park on the road you just have to be really careful what side they are plowing that day. It is very organized you’d just need to be aware of it. When are you coming?
