My wife and I are planning on moving to Fernie in late July early August to purchase a business, and are looking for a place to rent until spring/summer of next year; then we plan to buy something. We have no kids, 2 small dogs and 2 cats. We are quiet and professional. we would require a fenced yard, and a garage if available.
