Did anyone else see the herd (about 10 or 12) of deer on 7th ave last night at about 11.30pm? Deer in the downtown or annex are certainly not unusual, but I’ve never seen that many so close to the highway before.

Obviously not such a threat as cougars, but I’m glad to see our local wildlife thriving!
