I think there already is one. If not it closed down recently. It was in the Mug Shots Cafe building I think. The guy had a cool antique dentist chair. You can probably check with the Fernie Chamber of Commerce.
Now to answer your question, personally I would never get a tattoo, but I like tattoo’s.
