Winter has made an early arrival in Fernie! My kids are loving it–sliding, snow forts and endless play. I on the other hand, am struggling with getting my firewood, putting away the boats, yard clean up..an so on. It is October!
Special authorized people are allowed to ski at FAR prior to the opening. Here is a video from yesterday that will make us all want to be there, unfortunately the resort is closed to pre-season hiking for turns.
