Brought to you by The Fernie Arts Station and The College of the Rockies these Arts Camps will ignite your imagination and send your creativity into overdrive! Catering to varying age groups and interest, there is something for everyone!

Zig Zag Zoom! Arts Camp Ka-Boom
Ages: 6 – 9 year olds
Dates: July 5-9, Monday – Friday (full and half day options)
Cost: Morning Art Camp: $65 + materials
Full Day Camp: $195 first child, $165 each additional child

The camp will keep you cool making hot art with awesome art mobiles, T-shirt creations, kites to fly, clay to model and getting the
beat on with music and movement!

The mornings will see kids moving through 3 artist guided innovative activity centers, indoors and out. With the afternoons filled to the brim
with outdoor adventures and games – from mountain biking, to hiking, to swimming, to team games. Full and half day camp option available.

Get Your Groove On Dance Camp
Ages: 7 – 10 year olds
Dates: July 26-29, Monday – Thursday (10am – noon)
Cost: $45

Get your kids moving with this Introduction to Modern Dance workshop. Focusing on creative movement, motion and listening to new rhythms, the children start their day with a half hour stretch session before moving into a 45min modern creative movement dance class. After a short break, the children will apply their new skills in a half hour choreography session, where they will learn a short dance. At the end of the four day workshop, the parents will be invited in to watch the children perform their dance. Presentation given on completion.
