Sarah Freeman posted, “We just spend an awesome intense four days in Fernie getting jacked and excited for the season.” Members of the BC ski team were in Fernie for training including local racer Hallie Mclaughlan. They held a four day dryland camp, with Andrew Lambert, Brandon Dyksterhouse and Aaron Speden. The atmosphere was amazing, totally focused and supportive, nobody cheating the workouts or giving up!
The team hit the trails running and mountain biking, and trained at Evolution Gym in Fernie, preparing for next season. A special tanks to Mike Delich of the Fernie Lodging Company for the great accommodations at Fernie Alpine Resort.
