Fernie’s Canada Day celebrations offer some serious small-town Canada Day fun. This is also one of the biggest farmers market events of the year.

11AM: Cardboard Boat Race at Maiden Lake

Afternoon events kick off at Noon at the Fernie Aquatic Centre until 9pm.
– Live music on stage
– Beer gardens
– Mountain Market Open – NOON-5PM
– Kids Zone: games, crafts, facepainting
– Birthday cupcakes & Refreshments
– 3-on-3 basketball
– Free Swim at the Aquatic Centre – 1 – 3 PM
– All day Food & Refreshments
