The Fernie Wine Club is hosting an event at the Infinitea T-Bar and Boutique!
It will be a great time with music, food and wine so come one, come all to Infinitea!
The scrumptious menu:
Beet & Basil Balls with Arugula & Almond Pesto (Vegan & Gluten Free) – Paired with the TEAser – a Caesar with Tea!
Arugula & Roasted Chickpea Salad – Arugula, mint, Cumin roasted chickpea & red onions, goats cheese, roasted red peppers & garlic aioli dressing (Vegetarian & Gluten Free)
Asian Lettuce Cups – A mix of garlic, ginger, mushrooms, water chestnuts, cilantro, green onion & pork cooked in Asian sauces served in fresh iceberg lettuce cups
Marinated Beef Skewers – Tender Red Wine & Garlic Marinated Beef skewered with onions, red peppers & Yellow Zucchini
Wines from the BC Wine shop and, Wendy Thomson of the Lost Keys will be entertaining us with her melodic voice and original acoustic guitar music as well…. we are really in for a treat! Music before and after the event.
