Fernie Alpine Resort Summer Opening Day is when the summer of dirt shredding starts with a diversity of fun outdoor adventures with family and friends.

Fernie Alpine Resort will operate for summer activities daily from June 21 – September 1, 2025.

Elk Chair daily June 21 – September 1: 10:30am – 4:30pm & until 7pm on Thursdays.
Timber Chair open weekends from June 28!

Mountain biking at the Fernie Bike Park offers 37 marked trails from beginner to expert featuring berms, bridges, ladders, stunts, bumps and flowy downhill rides, lift access and XC trails.
