Hi Beth,

I would really love to meet you. I think our arrangement to meet this afternoon did not work out well, because I’ve forgotten to ask you for your description so I’d know who to look for. Shall we try again next weekend? This time with a solid time & place so we don’t miss one another. When is it convenient for you? We can schedule it around your work. We will be here on Friday February 7 in the late evening & leave on Sunday February 9 in the afternoon.
