    Thanks for getting back to me so quickly! I am actually quite interested in this place because I am trying to get a job at Fernie Alpine Resort so that would be handy. Is the other bedroom rented out already? Also, I am hoping to get a very small dog in the next couple of months, how would you feel about that? How much is rent?

    I’m just wondering if this place is still available. Sounds like it’s just what I’m looking for. I know you are looking for a quiet tenant, well I don’t drink AT ALL and I’ll just be working quite a bit. The other thing is I’m interested in getting a small dog, how do you feel about that?
