Ive got a newly renovated three bedroom basement suite that has its own kitchen, bath and living quarters. One of the bed rooms is 4 meters by 6 meters and a divider could be put up to give you privacy.
The location is right downtown across from the city hall and courthous, lots of greenspace. You have instant access to all services that Fernies downtown offers – restaraunts, bars, shops, and groceries. Living downtown is much better than living at the ski hill as the ske hill has no services and you would end up coming into town everyday anyway. This is truly one of the best locations in fernie.
I am looking for $1700 canadian dollars a month and if your interested you can send a downpayment and I will hold it for you. This monthly amount covers everything but long distance phone.
