Hey Brett Box (interesting name),

My husband and I own a house in the middle of Fernie (10 minute walk to pretty much anything). We live in Saskatchewan eight months of the year but between December and April, we’re in Fernie with our boys. Jim works on the hill and I’m an artist (and a teacher too actually) and am taking care of our two boys, R?ɬ©mi (three) and Amos (one). Our house is a very large character home, very unique to the area. It consists of three bathrooms, fireplace, wireless internet for those with a laptop, satellite TV, and non-smoking. We occupy the basement and the renters rooms (there are four) are on the second floor. The main floor is shared by us all. We are interested in interesting people and have been living like this for many years. We would like to keep the amount of adults to a minimum (kids too for that matter!!!).

We are interested in interesting people and have been living like this for many years. We would like to keep the amount of adults to a minimum (kids too for that matter!!!) and prefer at least one or two renters to stay for the year. The cost for a room is $450 a month for the winter and less than that in the summer. We would like to offer you shared use of my studio (if that works out for the both of us) and a room for $500/month.

Hi Antony we might be able to help you out. we have been renting rooms in our house for 10 years and are currently looking for renters. we have a large house in central fernie thats fully furnished with laundry dishwasher,3 bathrooms,kitchen,fireplace,large veranda and yard. we charge $400 per month which includes all utilites and local phone. we have a big dog and two small boys so we are not looking for any partyers.
