    It’ll snow if/when the locals hold a MogulSmoker in the Old-Fashioned Way.

    Ask those who attended them back in the 80’s and 90’s

    Snow will be guaranteed if the right Party Mode is displayed… and enuff booze and illicit substance comsumption is displayed.
