THE HOT TUB HUT Residential Hot Tub Maintenance Rates
The Hot Tub Hut would like to ensure you have a safe, clean and worry free Hot Tub through-out the year. Our ambition is to create a maintenance program for your individual wants and needs.
The Hot Tub Hut strives to provide your Hot Tub with the best maintenance and spa care possible.
Our Maintenance Team will visit your Hot Tub once a week.
The Rate $100 per month If additional visits are required they will be charged at a rate of $20 per visit Repairs will be charged at an hourly rate of $60/hr.
Every visit includes:
1. Professionally testing your Hot Tub water
2. Balancing the water with Dazzle Water Care Solutions
3. Checking the Temperature and adjusting if needed
4. Vacuuming and netting any debris from spa
5. Cleaning surface areas on and around the hot tub
6. Top up water level as needed
7. Clean debris from filter basket
8. Basic check of mechanical operations
Every 2 to 4 months or when owner schedules:
1. Prepare hot tub with Dazzle Drain Prep which cleans the hot tub plumbing and other hidden surfaces. The end result is C02 and Water for safe draining on to lawns and down drains.
Scrub and wipe down tub with Dazzle Tub Cleanse, re-fill with fresh water and balance with Dazzle Water Care Solutions – $60
2. Replace Filter – Cost of new filter cartridge only.
In times of heavy snow falls our Maintenance Team will clear the area around the plumbing compartment and remove snow from the Hot Tub Cover to prevent and protect your investment. If this service take more than 20 minutes a flat rate of $25 dollars will be added.
The Hot Tub Hut will do our best to report and handle Emergency Repairs. If the repair is significant and can cause serious damage to the Hot Tub we will contact you, the owner, immediately. If we are unable to reach you, after 24 hours, The Hot Tub Hut Maintenance Team will provide the services needed to protect your investment.
Invoice and payment policy
The Hot Tub Hut will invoice you monthly for the services provided and attached will be a maintenance activity report. Please remit payment with in 30 days. If payment is not received with in 60 days of billing interest will be charged.
HST is additional.
The Hot Tub Huts additional and optional services:
1. Pressure washing and re-finishing Hot Tub siding
2. Remove and dispose old cover and replace with new Hot Tub cover
3. Install cover lifter, towel rack and steps
4. Remove and dispose old Hot Tub and install new Hot Tub
5. Shut down Hot Tub for the season, drain and blow out all the lines and pumps, Remove pumps and dry out, clean and dry interior of Hot Tub, remove and clean filter.
6. Start up Hot Tub for the season, Check plumbing, clean interior of Hot Tub, check filter, fill with fresh water and balance with Dazzle Water Care Solutions.
* all additional services are charged out at $35/per/hr plus a $20 flat fee for extra travel time.
