I have a bedroom for rent in 2 bedroom basement suite. It is one of the best houses in Fernie, a 2 minute walk from downtown. We don’t have parties at the house, but definatly go out and have a good time. The suite has it’s own kitchen, bath and laundry. It is fully furnished (including dishes, linen, ect;) it has a gas fireplace so heat is never an issue.
About myself: I am a 23 yr old dental hygienist, not here often, just need someone to share rent with because it goes up for the winter.
Rent is $500/mo including everything, except phone, which is cheap.
