      Im moving to the elk valley at the begining of january and am looking to rent long term (1yr +) in the fernie, sparwood or somewhere in between.

      Hi Ryan
      I’ve heard from some reliable sources that Schickedanz West has recently aquired some condo’s behind the Ford Dealership in Fernie. Apparently they will be rented out on 1 year leases sometime in mid-decemeber. I’ve seen the recently renovated building and it looks really nice.
