Wanted 2+ BR house/ condo for winter rental

My husband and I are looking to rent a house or condo in walking distance to town for the winter. We are flexible about dates (earliest October) but can stay for 5-6 months. Also we can clear out for the period over Christmas if you have a place that you only use for the holidays. We would be very good tenants as we are homeowner’s ourselves and have experience renting out flats to others.
