Want to rent a house

Looking to rent a house in Fernie. Will need it for Aug 1st for 1 year min. It will be for me and my 15 year son so near the high school skating rink area would be great. I own a place in Whistler but have rented it out for 2 years. A garage for my motor cycle and stuff would be ideal. Will probably like some room for my camper as well.
