Newly constructed to a high efficiency design in 2005, our ‘post and beam’ home has many high quality features, such as hardwood and acid etched concrete flooring, a wood burning fireplace, radiant floor heating, stainless/black appliances, custom cabinetry etc.

The main floor has an open plan concept, with a well appointed kitchen, dining ‘nook’ and a living area centered around a wood burning fireplace for supplemental heat. Separate to this space, is a private office (which could be an additional bedroom) a laundry/mudroom and a two piece bathroom.

The upper floor features a Master Bedroom with a queen sized bed and an ensuite bathroom, that has a custom walk in shower and heated tile flooring.

The very large second bedroom features another queen sized bed and twin sized bunk beds.

The smaller third bedroom, is currently set up as our kids room, with a queen sized mattress and a single bed.

The family bathroom has heated slate flooring, and a tub/shower combo.

The basement has access to the mechanical room and a large play area full of kids toys!

The house is perfectly located on a very private lot – just a 2 minute drive to town or an 8 minute drive to the ski resort.
