      immaculate 3 bedroom, 1-1/2 bath, solarium, balcony, furnished/unfurnished, all appliances including dishwasher.

      large yard and separate driveway.

      looking for nonsmokers and no pets.

      lease is preferred and will be reflected in price, but will consider monthly rental.
