Beautiful, bright, large room in a new, open concept home.

Hoping to rent to a couple for $750/mo (all inclusive), or will consider a single for $525/mo. There are 2 of us, laid back biker/boarder types living in this completely refinished home, which is fully set up with nice entertainment center and a large open kitchen. Cable, wireless internet, and long distance phone provided. Room includes queen bed with new mattress, 2 dressers, and a nice computer desk.
