Hey there. What kind of problelms are you having? I’ve worked in the industry for years, maybe I can help. Describe your problem and we’ll see if we can fix it, or at least figure out if it’s worth fixing.
P.S. Do you know of anyone driving out east this April, or even to Calgary on the 19th?

The convergence / projection went on it and I’ve found a place that will come and do it.
I will be going to Calgary on April 5th if that helps.

Have you tried manually converging it yourself? Depending on the model it may take a few minutes but it’s not something you should pay for. Check your set-up menu, there should be an option for convergence. If you get close to the T.V you should notice some markings on the frame of the screen or the screen itself. The markings will be at half the length and half the width of the screen. Line up with to those when you attempt the convergence. You will see a large grid or cross that looks white but is bleeding red, blue or green. The idea is to line each colour up so that the grid is pure white with no bleeding. You’ll see what I mean once you get there. If your still having a problem reply back, I’m heading out for a bit, but I’ll be back soon.
p.s The 5th maybe a little too soon, but thank you.

We did the convergence set up, and the blue and green were fine, but the red was over 2 inches off and we weren’t able to do it manually. It’s already been picked up – at least we don’t have to buy a new one already!!
