Have you tried manually converging it yourself? Depending on the model it may take a few minutes but it’s not something you should pay for. Check your set-up menu, there should be an option for convergence. If you get close to the T.V you should notice some markings on the frame of the screen or the screen itself. The markings will be at half the length and half the width of the screen. Line up with to those when you attempt the convergence. You will see a large grid or cross that looks white but is bleeding red, blue or green. The idea is to line each colour up so that the grid is pure white with no bleeding.
