      Looking to three bedroom house in Mountainview – available in April.
      -Recently remodelled, open concept living space
      -South facing large upper deck with views of ski hill – glorious for lounging and barbecues, huge yard with lots of garden space
      -15 mins walk downtown, and 2 mins to tennis and disc golf.
      -about 1200 square feet
      -long term tenants only please (at least until the end of the summer)
      -we live in the first floor suite. House is very well soundproofed.
      Looking for mature, tidy, responsible people. No smoking, and no big partiers
