We have a primo fully furnished private room available to rent end of Jan/start of Feb to the end of April. I unfortunately have to leave Fernie, gutted to give up this place!
Rent is $400 a month and includes all utilities including wireless internet.
Great location in the Annex, a really nice place, to share with chilled out fun roomates.
Last months rent payable up front as deposit.
