      Newly renovated and spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bath furnished home.
      New kitchen, 3 new bathrooms, new bamboo flooring, new high efficiency furnace.
      Great downtown location (6th ave).
      Lots of storage space.

      Looking for a family or mature, responsible tenants (no party people). Would prefer long term lease (1 year) but would also be open to seasonal rentals.

      The house will be available sometime in March now. Dogs are usually ok but would need to grab a few extra details about your dog beforehand before giving a definite on anything.

      I know it’s very late, but we noticed that the availability date on this home changed quite a bit. We are a 32y/o couple making a permanent move to Fernie and looking for long term rental. If you do have anything available, please let us know.
