      I am the owner of a large town house in Coal creek estates. I am from Calgary and use the property on the weekends and holidays etc. Looking to rent out 2 of the 3 rooms within the unit. has a garage to store all your gear and two nice decks to hangout on bbq fully furnished.
      Resposible tenants only
      no pets no parties and clean
      $600 per room
      $900 per couple to take one room
      Includes utilities
