      We are a family of four, new to Fernie seeking a rental for the summer starting April 1/11.

      We need:
      -close to Down Town
      -min 2 beds
      -partially or fully furnished
      -April 1/11 or around that time line

      We offer:
      -Professional
      -Quiet
      -Clean
      -No Parties
      -No Pets
      Mom, Dad and two elementary school boys.

      We will be purchasing a home and need an interim space until we can find the right home.

      I will be in Town on Tuesday and can make appointments to sign a short term lease.
