Seeking Home/Condo Rental

Hi folks!

Former female home-owner seeking home/condo/non-basement suite rental (unless it’s quiet & bright!) in the East Kootenays ASAP (Kimberley, Invermere, Fernie, or anywhere in between that’s suitable), while I research real estate in the area (expanded my search to extend beyond Fernie & Kimberley due to the current tight housing situation & hoping to come across a reasonable rental – $1500 all in, preferably lower : -)). I also have a very sweet, well-mannered small/med-sized non-shedding dog.

Can pay rent no problem & ofcourse completely respect what’s required to maintain a property. Looking for a place that’s bright & where neighbors respect each other – will be working & enjoying the outdoors alot of the time & will respect neighbors’ needs re noise levels.

Flexible on rental term – monthly, 6 months, 1 year…

Please advise if you feel you have a rental that works for us all!
