I have one bedroom available to rent in a private two-bedroom suite on the main level of a 2-story house. This is a newly renovated suite, and just a five-minute walk to everything you need: downtown, bus stop for catching a ride to the mountain, or heading to the pathways and the river! Includes new appliances – dishwasher, fridge, stove, microwave, washer, dryer.

$500 per month and split utilities with the upstairs tenants.

Looking for a non-smoker, no pets.
