Looking for mature, clean, relaxed tenants Furnished, 3 Bedrooms, 2 Lg Bathrooms, 2 Kitchens, 2 Living Rooms, Furnished, Woodstove, great view, tons of trails, river close by and 2 entrances. 7 km from the Ski Hill and 15km from Fernie. Price includes utilities and 1x/month cleaning/house keeping. Smoking (of anything) and parties not allowed, sorry, its a nice quiet place and I would like to keep it this way. May consider animals for an additional $100/month. Couples cost is $500/month. If you are an animal lover you will love this place! Located at Trit-Trot Farms.
