      A few options here for interested parties…

      In the upstairs flat…

      A large room with private washroom and two double beds for $800pm (includes power/phone/cable TV/fridge/washing machine/dryer).

      One of the double beds in the afore-mentioned large room to share (room, that is) with nice kiwi fella. $400pm

      Available from March 1st

      In the downstairs flat…

      Single bed in share room (with one other)…. $300pm (same benefits as upstairs)

      Avaliable from 20th Feb
