Need a room for the season will pay upto $450 per month and I’m happy to put a deposit down now. Ideally the term would start mid-november (with him not moving in until the 27th Nov) would also be prepared to start pay a token rent until the 27th November.
The room is actually for my brother who’s 19, pretty well behaved and looking to board the season.
