Looking for someone to fill up a room or basement suite and split the rent for the summer. The house is on ridgemont lane, just behind all essentials (grocery, bars, main st.) Nice deck, bbq, internet, fully furnished, and generally clean.
Will be sharing with a couple canadians, and an aussy chick good for gettin down. The basement suite is ideal for a couple, or two friends who can tolerate sharing a large living space with a wood stove. And the room is your standard bed, drawers, light, walls..etc
