Rooms are fully furnished (11×10′ & 9×11′),
locks and temp control, tv and queen sized bed,
cable, internet and laundry
must like animals as I have a cat & dog.
Nice deck and yard with fire pit
Monthly rent is $350 single/ $450 double incls all utilities.
