We have a spacious room available in the apartments up in Ridgemont. The flat would be shared with 2 girls and a guy. Ideally we are looking for 2 people to share the room with the rent at $365 a month each (+ $200pp damage deposit for the first month), or one person with the rent at $480 a month (+ $400 dollar damage deposit for the first month), utilities including internet and cable are all included in the rent, are parking spaces are also available. 5 minute walk to downtown via trail.
