Room available for rent in gorgeous home located in Ridgemont! House has 4 bedrooms, two bath, spacious kitchen as well as a hottub located on the back deck. There is adequate room for storage in the backyard or in the garage. There will only be 3 people living in the house (including you)one male and one female already live here and rent is 850 per month including utilities!
